Job description

The Bath Authority: Confirmation Specialist (Call Center)

As the Confirmation Specialist you will play an important role in ensuring a quality experience for the customer and sales team for The Bath Authority, a subsidiary company of Great Day Improvements. You will be responsible for verifying information on leads that are set by the marketing team and then issuing leads to the sales manager. Confirmers assist in making sure that we have booked the necessary amount of appointments for each day. Confirmers will dial out to customers as well as handle inbound calls & texts from customers regarding their scheduled appointment. They will also be responsible for handling inbound lead setting and outbound dialing when needed to help generate appointments. A successful Confirm Rep should be able to effectively communicate, use active listening skills and be dynamic in providing solutions. They are responsible for maintaining knowledge of products, markets and services offered. They are able to multi task and work efficiently to ensure that data is entered correctly and leads are properly scheduled.

Pay Rate - $20.00 per hour 

Location: Bedford Heights, OH (On-site)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM


  • Verify and confirm all leads with accurate information. 
  • Create a positive and trusting customer experience. 
  • Dial out to customers to confirm leads or generate new leads. 
  • Assist in achieving daily, monthly and yearly lead goals.  
  • Audit and report mistakes found on set appointments. 
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge to offer helpful solutions to customers’ home improvement needs. 

  • Ability to multi-task and work both quickly and efficiently. 
  • Comfortable working in an environment with limited supervision. 
  • Excellent phone communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to respond to customers through text using proper grammar and professional etiquette.  
  • Display expertise in what products we offer, scheduling and department protocols. 

Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  
  • 1 Year of Customer Service/ Support preferred. 
  • Previous experience in a call center or a related sales position preferred. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to work with a mouse & keyboard. 
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
