Description:
Sales Generation: Perform high-volume outbound and inbound calls (75-80% of daily work) to new and existing customers.
Customer Education: Explain weed control, fertilization, and integrated pest management services to potential clients.
Data Entry/CRM: Accurately update client information and notes in company software.
Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly sales quotas and conversion metrics.
Follow-Up: Utilize online mapping tools for accurate measurements and follow up on quotes.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a major plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Basic computer skills.
