To address these challenges, it’s important to develop strong communication and active listening skills, maintain a positive attitude, and stay adaptable to different customer needs. Many organizations provide regular training, coaching sessions, and scripts to support their teams, and encourage collaboration with supervisors and peers to share successful strategies.
