Position Overview

Responsible for managing high-volume inbound customer interactions while delivering excellent customer service. This role involves assisting with automotive-related inquiries, appointment scheduling, and resolving customer concerns efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls (approximately 30–40 calls per shift) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries related to recalls, warranties, and technical concerns (e.g., malfunctioning radio codes).
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership information.
  • Accurately capture and document customer concerns to create detailed cases.
  • Deliver accurate information and determine appropriate next steps, including case resolution or escalation to the proper department.
  • Handle high-volume inbound settlement-related calls, ensuring timely and satisfactory issue resolution.
  • Provide detailed claim information while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support feedback, performance improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Utilize multiple systems, screens, and software applications simultaneously to assist customers.
