Job description

Immediate need for Administrative Assistant for a Real Estate firm. Hours are on site 900am to 300pm weekdays, might have some flex on that schedule, they are looking for someone ok with 30 hour work week, might have some extra hours based on business needs. Will be assisting managers on entering and logging in deed information into the data base will train on in house programs but must be comfortable with word, excel and outlook. Good communication skills for follow up with customers and internal partners, good attention to detail.
