Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL ( Hybrid schedule)

Vacatia is an innovative hospitality company reinventing the vacation rental and ownership experience across discovery, booking, and stay. We're building the next generation of travel lifestyle products; blending technology, hospitality, and operational excellence to create smarter, more connected experiences for owners, guests, and resort partners.

We're looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Deed Services Manager who will lead the operations that power seamless ownership transfers across our expanding resort portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing deed preparation, title transfers, waiver approvals, compliance, and business development initiatives while ensuring an exceptional ownership experience from start to finish.

Why You'll Love Working at Vacatia

  • Impact That Matters: Oversee ownership transfers, title preparation, deed recording, and waiver approvals that directly impact owners, resort associations, and the overall customer experience.
  • Innovation at Scale: Partner with Legal, Finance, Owner Services, Sales Administration, Responsible Exit, Inventory Management, and Resort Operations to modernize ownership transfer processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Autonomy and Ownership: Serve as the department's senior subject matter expert, driving strategic initiatives, making critical ownership decisions, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
  • Culture of Growth: Join a collaborative leadership team that values innovation, continuous improvement, accountability, and professional development while empowering leaders to create meaningful change.

Your Impact

  • Lead all deed preparation, title transfers, recording, and ownership transition activities across Vacatia's national resort portfolio.
  • Oversee and approve waiver requests for ownership transfers while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement new revenue-generating opportunities and value-added services within the Deed Services department.
  • Build scalable processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and the overall ownership experience.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales Administration, Responsible Exit, Owner Services, and Resort Operations to successfully manage complex ownership transactions.
  • Provide strategic leadership for portfolio acquisitions, new resort onboarding, ownership conversions, and special projects.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing Deed Services team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as Vacatia's subject matter expert on title transfers, county recording requirements, deed administration, and ownership structures.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in deed services, title administration, real estate closings, timeshare ownership, or property transfer operations.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams within deed services, title, escrow, legal documentation, or real estate operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of title preparation, ownership transfers, county recording requirements, legal descriptions, and timeshare ownership structures.
  • Experience reviewing complex ownership transfers, waiver requests, and title-related compliance issues.
  • Proven ability to improve business processes, develop operational strategies, and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, project management, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hospitality, vacation ownership, title services, HOA administration, real estate, or resort management experience strongly preferred.
