Job Title: Title Curative Processor

Location (city, state): Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $24/hour (Contract-to-Hire)

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).


Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in mortgage, title, foreclosure, or escrow environments
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Working knowledge of mortgage and loan documentation
  • Proficiency in Excel and general computer systems
  • Ability to type at least 50 WPM
  • Must pass background check and drug screening (excluding marijuana)

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Title Curative Processor in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for reviewing title documentation and resolving issues that may impact foreclosure processing timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

About Our Client:

Our client is a reputable organization within the mortgage and title services industry, supporting foreclosure processing and property resolution workflows. The team operates in a collaborative, open environment with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze title reports to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Evaluate date-down endorsements from title providers
  • Review affidavits of authority for completeness and accuracy
  • Examine chain of title records with emphasis on assignment accuracy
  • Research and review bankruptcy filings as needed
  • Interpret parcel maps and property documentation
  • Work with mortgage-related documents including loan files and appraisals
  • Maintain and update tracking information using Excel
  • Communicate within multiple client platforms and systems
  • Identify and resolve title-related issues independently
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and phone support
