Job description

Type: Full-Time

Location: Moonachie, NJ

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle of ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinations
  • Prepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearance
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments
  • Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing
  • Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or ocean import operations
  • Solid knowledge of ocean freight documentation, Incoterms, and U.S. customs processes
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Korean & English bilingual
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
