About the Role

As a Sr. Manager, Implementations, you will lead the successful delivery of BPAAS client implementations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and aligned with client objectives. You will oversee implementation teams, drive delivery excellence, oversee vendor management, own revenue targets, and serve as a strategic partner to clients throughout the onboarding journey. Success in this role requires strong leadership, banking expertise, and the ability to manage complex engagements while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and develop implementation teams across multiple client engagements.
  • Oversee solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Partner with clients to define implementation strategies and business requirements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality expectations.
  • Manage implementation risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive adoption of implementation best practices and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and development teams to resolve complex client needs.
  • Monitor team performance, resource utilization, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Support business growth through strong client relationships and implementation expertise.
  • Manage vendor performance and ongoing governance councils

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in software implementations, consulting, or professional services within financial services.
  • At least 3+ years of experience leading implementation, consulting, or project delivery teams.
  • Strong knowledge of image solutions, banking software, or banking operations.
  • Experience managing complex client-facing projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with FIS ImageCentre
  • Deep understanding of banking operations (in-branch and service centers)
  • Experience with data migration, solution configuration, and business process transformation.
  • Project management certification such as PMP or Agile credentials.
  • Experience leading enterprise software implementation programs.
