Job description

We are seeking an Implementation Manager who will serve as the primary point‑of‑contact for clients during onboarding, overseeing the entire implementation process from kickoff through transition and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct kickoff meetings, gather business processes, and define requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on configuring our SaaS products to meet client needs.
  • Perform basic project management: scope coordination, risk assessment, communication planning, and change‑management support.
  • Customize system settings, workflows, and integrations while minimizing customizations.
  • Prepare data in Excel, run simple scripts, and author ad‑hoc reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, success, and technical support teams to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and create implementation documentation, user guides, and knowledge‑base articles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of client‑facing implementation experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and workshop leadership skills.
  • Technical aptitude with quick learning of new software and capability to address challenges.
  • High proficiency in Excel and analytical problem‑solving.
  • Experience authoring reports from relational databases (SSRS or PowerBI) is a plus.
