Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)

Full-Time Hours: Monday-Friday,ย  5:30 AM-2:00 PM

Pittsburgh CTC Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in PittsburghPA, is part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, the leading provider of medication-assisted treatment in the nation. Our clinical team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.

Your Job as a Case Manager:

The Case Manager is a clinical professional who manages the patients' cases with a solid background of clinical knowledge and expertise and may be responsible for providing some therapeutic services to patients. The Case Manager provides quality care through developing, implementing, managing and evaluating patient care plans.ย 

Your Responsibilities as a Case Manager:

  • Provides quality care through developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating patient care plans;
  • Collects clinical data, correlates this clinical data, and provides clinical input to the treatment team;
  • Conveys medical criteria and clinical information between the insurance provider and treatment team as warranted;
  • May also correlate clinical data for the business office as required.
  • Providing case management and care coordination services for patients in the clinic;
  • Responsible for coordinating the continuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with external agencies and referral sources requirements;
  • May also be responsible for conducting individual, and family educational sessions, various duties related to coordinating treatment and discharge activities, as needed;
  • Coordinates in a timely manner, issues or activities relevant to the team, and/or to the team's relationship within the facility or treatment milieu; and,
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related Human Service field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in behavioral health setting. Experience with the population served by the clinic preferred.
  • Previous experience in case management and/or utilization review preferred.
