Job Title
Implementations - Professional I
Coordinate client and bank implementations projects and ensure a successful onboarding experience. Partner with merchants, sales teams, bank partners, and internal teams including Credit, Certification, Hardware Services, Product Support, and Compliance to complete required setup activities. Help ensure clients are boarded accurately, products are delivered on time, and transaction processing is flowing accordingly.
What you'll do:
  • Coordinate implementation plans, task schedules, and required activities to support timely client onboarding and product delivery.
  • Gather client, merchant, and bank partner information and documentation needed for account boarding, setup, and implementation.
  • Partner with internal teams including Credit, Certification, Hardware Services, Product Support, and Compliance to complete implementation requirements and resolve open items.
  • Communicate product, service, and implementation details to clients, sales partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor implementation progress, track risks and issues, and escalate items that may affect delivery timelines or processing readiness.
  • Validate that products are set up correctly, merchants are processing as expected, and clients are setup and trained with the correct systems and tools
  • Apply implementation processes and project controls to support scope, schedule, and issue management across assigned work.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting client implementations, merchant onboarding, payment processing conversions, or related operational delivery work.
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience communicating with clients, sales teams, vendors, and internal business partners through written and verbal channels.
  • Experience using project tracking tools, implementation workflows, or similar systems to manage status, risks, and open items.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting merchant services, bank partner implementations, or payment acceptance products.
  • Experience with Clarity, Salesforce or similar project management, reporting and support platforms.

  • Knowledge of interchange, account boarding, certification, or compliance processes in a payments environment.

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range:
$57,000.00-$80,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
