We are seeking an hands on, energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hotel operations with enthusiasm and strategic vision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and supervise hospitality teams to foster a positive work environment focused on exceptional guest service.
  • Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel management standards, property management systems (PMS), and guest service protocols.
