  • Act as the single point of contact for new clients and lead the full implementation process

  • Review and analyze each client's current payroll practices to ensure a smooth transition
  • Move new clients into GMS' internal payroll/tax system and integrate them into GMS procedures
  • Gather all required documentation related to payroll processing and account setup
  • Provide weekly progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Train clients on GMS procedures, policies, payroll processes, and coordinate benefits training as needed
  • Collaborate closely with all GMS departments to ensure a seamless transition to Operations and HR
  • Overall, guide clients through this structured onboarding process and ensure a smooth, accurate transition into our systems
