JOB SUMMARY:

Astound is seeking a highly skilled and proactive ERP Manager to oversee the implementation, configuration, administration, and ongoing development of our NetSuite ERP system. This role will be pivotal in driving process efficiency, ensuring system stability, and enabling the business to leverage ERP functionality for operational excellence. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments to align system capabilities with organizational needs, lead optimization initiatives, and maintain strong governance of ERP data and workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ERP Implementation & Rollout

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Define and document ERP workflows, business rules, and customizations.

System Administration & Maintenance

  • Serve as the primary system administrator for NetSuite, ensuring uptime, security, and compliance.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable data across all modules.

System Development & Optimization

  • Design, test, and deploy customizations, scripts, workflows, and integrations.
  • Continuously improve processes by leveraging NetSuite capabilities and best practices.
  • Implement dashboards, reports, and analytics for business insight and performance tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Project Management, Procurement, Operations, and other departments to understand needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
  • Lead user training, develop SOPs, and provide ongoing support.
  • Ensure alignment of ERP processes with company policies, controls, and compliance requirements.

Vendor & Project Management

  • Manage relationships with NetSuite support, implementation partners, and third-party integration vendors.
  • Track and report on project milestones, budgets, and risks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

  • Proven education, training, or certifications in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of ERP administration experience, with at least 3 years of direct NetSuite experience.
  • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations, preferably in manufacturing, trade show, or project-based environments.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Projects, CRM).
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and system integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware).
  • Advanced Excel skills and understanding of data migration best practices.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on process improvement.
