The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution from kickoff to completion. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
The Implementation Manager proactively identifies risks, removes roadblocks, and drives accountability across stakeholders. They play a key role in improving operational processes, standardizing implementation practices, and enhancing overall efficiency. Success in this role is measured by on-time delivery, quality of implementation, stakeholder satisfaction, and the ability to scale processes effectively.

Principal Responsibilities: 

The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. 
   Monitor and manage the startup requirements of all new buildings
   Maintain tracking sheets and oversee multiple customer tracking tools.
   Provide regular status updates to customers on all start up related requirements.
   Compile and analyze data for daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
   Prepare and manage internal and customer presentations and meetings.
   Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate different time zones. 
   Travel to new and existing sites for training and to Implement policies at new locations; minimum of 50% travel required.
   Hold a valid passport, with international travel required.
   Maintain Bank of America and a MyCTW accounts for all travel related needs.
   Work from an dedicated home office is required when not traveling.

Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Act as advisor to subordinate (s) to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.

Manage through subordinate supervisors or professionals the coordination of the activities for functional area with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees.
Impact of Decisions
Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve goals results in additional costs and personnel, and serious delays in overall schedule.


Working Relationships:
Frequently interact with subordinates, customers, and/or functional peer managers. May interact with senior management.
Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers.
Scope:
Receive assignments in the form of objectives and established goals to meet objectives. Provide guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
