Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify specific needs and challenges, ensuring all treatment plans are tailored for individual success.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote mental well-being and recovery.
• Maintain confidential and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and best practice standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic care by integrating medical, behavioral, and social health interventions.
• Provide clients and their families with education on mental health issues, therapeutic techniques, and coping strategies.
• Stay informed on the latest mental health research, treatments, and ethical practices to continually enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties, ensuring that each client receives personalized care that respects their background and personal experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license for the state of Nevada.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a direct service role, demonstrating a solid understanding of diverse therapeutic methodologies.
• Proficiency in employing solution-based psychotherapy interventions effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience
