What You'll Do
  • Install, support, and troubleshoot Oasis 360 Casino Management System software products.

  • Collaborate with customer representatives to plan system access rights and enter configurations.

  • Configure and troubleshoot third-party products like printers, scanners, and card readers.

  • Validate the accurate operation of all equipment, system capabilities, and reports.

  • Deliver classroom training on Oasis 360 Management System modules and partner products.

  • Schedule post-installation meetings with Support, PMO, Product, and D&D to report software issues.

  • Monitor service activities and bring up issues as necessary to ensure customer happiness.

  • Build customer advocacy for Aristocrat products and services by setting the industry standard.

What We're Looking For
  • An Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with training, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting software products.

  • Casino/gaming experience within technology or similar expertise preferred.

  • Working knowledge of marketing principles, including customer engagement and service promotions, preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership and the capability to collaborate with diverse personalities and management tiers.

  • Knowledge of digital electronics and networking technologies.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products.

  • Strong communication abilities and the capacity to uphold confidentiality.

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work variable shifts.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must have).

  • Ability to acquire necessary occupational and vendor licenses in Aristocrat’s customer jurisdictions.

  • 21 + years of age or older.
