About the Role
Crowe seeks a NetSuite Implementation Manager to lead ERP implementations for Manufacturing and Distribution clients. This role oversees project delivery, manages client relationships, and leads consulting teams throughout implementation engagements. You will guide the full implementation lifecycle including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
The ideal candidate combines ERP consulting experience with NetSuite functional knowledge and supply chain expertise. Experience supporting manufacturing operations, inventory management, supply chain, and order management processes is highly valued.
This role requires managing multiple projects while mentoring consultants and ensuring strong client outcomes. You will partner with client leaders across finance, operations, supply chain, warehouse, and production teams. Together, you will design scalable NetSuite solutions that improve operational efficiency and inventory visibility.
This position is comparable to roles such as NetSuite Project Manager or NetSuite ERP Consulting Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead NetSuite ERP implementations in several industries (with an emphasis on Manufacturing and Distribution) from discovery through post-go-live support.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring successful client outcomes.
  • Gather and document business requirements related business processes.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, solution design discussions, and user acceptance testing sessions.
  • Configure NetSuite modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and multi-entity financial consolidations.
  • Implement operational modules including Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing; with working knowledge of project-based or subscription billing for services clients.
  • Support manufacturing processes including bill of materials, work orders, production planning, and shop floor operations.
  • Configure workflows and reporting using SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and other NetSuite platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams implementing integrations with WMS, ecommerce, logistics, and supply chain systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation.
  • Mentor consultants and analysts while supporting knowledge sharing across implementation teams.
  • Ensure successful client transition to post-implementation support or managed services teams.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, scoping discussions, and proposal development.
  • Contribute to internal practice development including methodologies, accelerators, and delivery best practices.
  • Build strong client relationships while ensuring successful delivery of consulting engagements.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • NetSuite certifications in one of the following: ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, or NetSuite Administrator preferred;
  • 5+ years implementing or consulting on NetSuite ERP or comparable cloud ERP platforms.
  • 3+ years leading ERP implementation projects or managing consulting delivery teams.
  • Experience delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations including discovery, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes including general ledger, AP, AR, reporting, and revenue recognition fundamentals.
  • Experience supporting Manufacturing and Distribution operations including supply chain, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing concepts including BOMs, work orders, and production planning processes.
  • Experience facilitating workshops with finance, operations, and supply chain business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple ERP implementation projects within consulting or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring junior consultants and supporting team development.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing NetSuite Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules such as Advanced Manufacturing or WMS.
  • Experience implementing Advanced Inventory, Demand Planning, or NetSuite Order Management capabilities.
  • Experience customizing NetSuite using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics reporting tools.
  • Experience integrating NetSuite with WMS, logistics platforms, ecommerce systems, or supply chain technologies.
  • Experience implementing NetSuite for manufacturing, distribution, or other product-based organizations.
  • Some exposure to professional services, software, or technology organizations is a plus, particularly around project billing, subscription models, or services revenue.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities including solution design, demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Experience working in consulting or professional services delivery environments.
  • Project management experience or certifications including PMP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
