Job description

The Implementation Lead successfully leads all internal operational steps for new, existing and Network Corporate Account implementations ensuring accurate and timely communications throughout the enterprise, including distribution and the customer. This role creates project plans and enforces the tasks/timelines within the plans for projects assigned; tracking internal resource time and identifying process improvements to support efforts of increasing speed to revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage timely and accurate Corporate Account implementations including all onboarding tasks, with impacted internal Network departments.
  • Develops and manages implementation project schedule for each new implementation, communicating project open tasks and required updates.
  • Will schedule, maintain, and lead weekly meetings for each implementation project.
  • Successfully manages multiple medium to complex NEW customer Implementations simultaneously.
  • Responsible for termination of accounts.
  • Lead new Member Implementation initiatives.
  • Will ensure tasks are assigned with the support of the implementation team with manageable deadlines.
  • Manage Implementation meeting minutes, distribute and follow-up with all team members on behalf of Implementation Webinars / Conference calls conducted.
  • Determine and define business rules, through collaboration/meetings with IT and the Implementation team, when there is an Ecommerce solution, such as EDI, required.
  • Working closely with Sales Directors in managing corporate account expectations and implementation timing.
  • Interpret Corporate Account contract terms & conditions to communicate to the operational implementation team for account setup and then ultimately to distribution for them know how to service the account.
  • Engage operational teams weekly, bi-weekly or as needed to track tasks and resource time while ensuring the project is completed on time; identify opportunities to speed to revenue through project management and lessons learned.
  • Define and follow up with the IT programmer and/or the Compliance Analyst the required compliance reporting needed for new or existing corporate account implementations.
  • Coordinate the member assignment process, for new Corporate Accounts, within the appropriate segment of CIS, on behalf of the Corporate Account Directors during the interest confirmed phase of the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain and track signed Agency Agreements for new or renewed Corporate Account agreements.
  • Schedule and lead Corporate Account launches with distributors, inviting key internal associates on the implementation team to speak to their area of expertise as it pertains to the program being launched.
  • Confirm with Implementation Manager on when to engage/collaborate with Sales and Marketing on select new business to effectively market new contracts with Distribution.
  • Understand and be able to lead all other third part implementations, such as GHX, DSSI, Birchstreet, OneSource, Procurement Partners, and others that customers require we integrate with for a new/existing account.
  • Responsible for following up with distribution 30 days post implementation to validate program understanding and adoption, enlisting sales and the Implementation manager where applicable.
  • Review, create and/or update all supporting distribution implementation documents such as Account Profile, Supplier Contract Pricing, Billing, Credit and Pre and Post Implementation materials to ensure all 100% accurate prior to circulation

The Anticipated Base Salary Range for this position:

$70,000 - $80,000

Network has established a salary range for this position based on a combination of market data, industry standards and specific requirements of the role. The actual starting salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities.
