This position partners with Human Resources, leaders, and teams at Saint Agnes to serve as the project manager for UKG System implementation project. This includes the design and facilitation of training, project management, and consulting across a complex organization. Ensures task owners are progressing on defined tasks and completing within the required timeframes, and escalating and addressing risks and issues as needed. Coordinates and leads local steering team meetings, provides regular project updates and leads go-live command center and issue tracking. This role combines consultative expertise with high-impact facilitation to improve processes and support organizational effectiveness to continuously improve the work environment through our Trinity Health culture and values.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
2. Minimum of five (5) years in project management is required.

3. PMP Certification is preferred.

4. Lean/Six Sigma experience is preferred.

5. Experience with change leadership in a healthcare setting is preferred.
6. Strong project management skills and the ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects are required.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is required.
9. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.

Pay Range ($37.47 - $56.20)
