We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage heavy mechanical commercial projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate has 5-6+ years of project management experience in the mechanical or industrial construction industry, a strong understanding of union labor coordination, and a track record of successfully managing large-scale, time-sensitive projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Execution

  • Manage multiple commercial heavy mechanical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and timelines to meet client and company objectives.
  • Coordinate pre-construction planning, project scope development, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify potential project risks, troubleshoot challenges, and provide strategic solutions.

Proven experience in managing large-scale projects ranging from $500K to $5M in value.
