We are looking for a skilled Implementation Manager to join our delivery team in leading new client implementations and growth projects with our existing client base. An Implementation Manager in this role should have foundational project management experience, willingness to always be learning, and the ability to configure a SaaS to match client requirements.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end SaaS implementations for new enterprise clients and those of existing clients as their requirements grow (i.e. version upgrades, feature add-ons, expansions, etc.)
  • Set-up, configure, and deploy the knowledge management system based on client requirements and best practices
  • Define and manage project plans and timelines based on client requirements and the project scope – navigating changes as needed
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery/go-live (i.e. Support, Development, Training, etc.)
  • Actively engage with clients via virtual meetings, email, or the ticketing system
  • Keep current on product releases and updates – solidifying yourself as an SME with the KMS

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience implementing a SaaS solution as a Project Manager, Implementation Specialist, or similarly relevant role
  • Experience in client facing environments – strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Prior experience creating projects plan and Gantt Charts
  • Ability to manage several concurrent projects at a time
  • High prioritization and organization skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proactive problem-solver – ability to think creatively and outside of the box when needed
