Position Overview:
The Director of FinTech Client Delivery Solutions at Marsh McLennan Agency leads a high-performing team responsible for managing client financial deliverables and operational outcomes powered by proprietary technology platforms. This role ensures precision, scalability, and strategic insight on deliverables such as forecasts, self-funded feasibility studies, and network performance reviews. The Director works closely with underwriting and analytics teams to align technology-driven outputs with risk assessment, pricing strategies, and data validation needs while overseeing financial prospecting models and network analysis capabilities.
What can you expect to do?
  • Lead and develop a client delivery team producing financial deliverables including forecasts, self-funded feasibility analyses, renewal projections, and plan performance summaries.
  • Work closely with underwriting teams to ensure FinTech outputs support accurate risk selection, pricing models, and renewal strategy development.
  • Partner with analytics teams to validate model assumptions, incorporate predictive insights, and maintain data integrity across all client deliverables.
  • Oversee deployment and optimization of proprietary FinTech tools that automate core financial modeling, network analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Integrate financial prospecting models into client deliverables to identify emerging cost drivers, coverage opportunities, and market positioning insights.
  • Guide utilization of network analysis capabilities to evaluate provider performance, cost efficiency, and utilization trends that inform client strategy.
