Job Description
  • The Senior Implementation Consultant will serve a primary point of contact for assigned client.
  • Coordinate pre-implementation activities with identified client such as data reconciliations, vendor set-up within JIFMS, data cleanup to ensure transition from FAS4T to JIFMS, reference data set-up etc.
  • Review current processes and explain changes brought about through JIFMS implementation. Assist courts with issues created as a result of these process changes including workflow redesign, process documentation, discussions/meetings with key staff to resolve issues.
  • Monitor and report on implementation activities with client. Provide reports on readiness and recommendations for implementation.
  • Support Phase 3 Project Manager and Implementation Manager in tasks required for the implementation of the client.
  • Assist client with reconciliation activities by identifying errors in account balances in JIFMS vs FAS4T. Assist with resolution of account balances to ensure integrity prior to implementation.
  • Ability to take directions and aggressively take charge of tasks.
  • Organized self-starter who will assume responsibility for tasks; works well alone or in small teams.
  • Ability to perform analysis and conduct research.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, while attentive to details.
  • Good communicator, both written and orally, and proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.


Qualifications
  • Citizen or Green Card Holder and clearable
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year: Experience working with CGI's Momentum product
  • 4 years Consulting exp. 
  • 5 years Federal government financial operations and/or financial systems experience.
