Job description

Job Summary:
OpenEye is a leading cloud video platform company delivering solutions for video security, business intelligence, and loss prevention. The Implementation Manager will drive customer value realization by managing complex technical deployments and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for all implementation projects, including initial deployments for new customers and strategic projects (e.g., site expansions, platform integrations) for existing clients.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans for large-scale, multi-site deployments, coordinating with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to scope new projects, providing implementation expertise during the pre-sales cycle for prospects and during the expansion or renewal cycle for existing customers.
• Define project-specific use cases and success criteria upfront, and lead structured training, system configuration, and enablement sessions to ensure rapid time-to-value.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during all project phases, expertly managing communications and expectations across a diverse set of stakeholders, from on-site technicians to executive sponsors.
• Continuously refine and document our implementation methodology, SOPs, and best practices to create a scalable, repeatable, and world-class delivery experience.
• Perform all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3-5+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or technical project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. 2+ years of additional related experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated mastery of project management principles, with experience managing multiple complex, long-term projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing deployments involving both hardware and software components.
• A relentless focus on driving Time-to-Value (TTV) for every project.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to serve as the on-site lead for high-priority project kick-offs, site walks, deployment milestones, or vital stakeholder meetings as needed.
Preferred:
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Experience in the physical security or video surveillance industry with an understanding of IP video, networking concepts, access control and security surveillance technologies.
• Experience working within a channel sale or partner-driven (B2B2B) GTM model preferred.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira) and CRM/CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
