Description

About Us:

Here at Craftable, we create best-in-class technology for world-renowned bars and restaurants. We were founded back in 2015 in Silicon Valley by tech experts and hospitality industry veterans. Since then, we have brought the best to Texas for a warm southern twist! Our goal is to collaborate with restaurateurs, operators, and accountants to reduce labor costs, increase efficiency, and drive profit for our clients. Our platform is built to accommodate operators from independent restaurateurs to regional and national chains.

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Manager to lead our clients through a successful onboarding journey. This is a critical client-facing role responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from project planning and execution to client training and go-live. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of software implementation best practices, excellent project management skills, and a passion for helping others succeed with technology.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, guiding them through a seamless transition.
  • Onboarding & Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure they fully understand and can utilize our platform's features.
  • Technical Configuration: Work with clients to configure and set up the software to meet their specific business needs and workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure a smooth handoff and a seamless client experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks during the implementation process.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure all parties are aligned.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to help improve the software and the overall implementation process.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in complex software implementation, professional services, or a similar project management role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, resorts, restaurants) and the technology that supports it is highly preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to create and execute detailed project plans.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., GuideCX, Monday, etc).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be within commuting distance to Farmers Branch, TX and able to work in office at least 4 days per week.

What We Offer:
