Job description

We are working with a very exciting Acumatica end-user, who are seeking an Implementation Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for working on multiple Acumatica ERP implementations across a portfolio of operating companies.


This role is a hybrid position, you must be comfortable with travelling onsite.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple Acumatica implementation projects across various internal companies and business units.
  • Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders and external Acumatica implementation partners.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain implementation governance, reporting, and project documentation standards.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of ERP implementation (Acumatica strongly preferred), project management, or business systems leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, operational, and business process workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience working with external consulting and implementation partners.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
