  • Validate requirements and highlight discrepancies
  • Design solution and suggest technical best practices
  • Provide domain architecture and the technical aspects of the project
  • End to end guidance and review of FSO Implementation customization in ServiceNow
  • Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements
