MissionHires is seeking an ERP Implementation Project Coordinator to support a large-scale, enterprise ERP program (finance-focused). In this highly visible role, you will partner with senior finance leaders, functional owners, project managers, and systems integrators to drive coordination, governance, documentation, and executive reporting across the Finance workstream. Ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at holding teams accountable without formal authority, and wants hands‑on experience in enterprise technology transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to Finance Workstream leadership
  • Track and manage action items, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies across Finance-related meetings
  • Prepare agendas, capture detailed meeting minutes, and drive follow-ups to closure
  • Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, status trackers, RAID items, and project artifacts
  • Coordinate schedules, workshops, cross-functional sessions, and meeting logistics
  • Support development of executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and status reports
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, Functional Leads, external consultants, and Systems Integrators
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong professionalism
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, communication standards, and reporting expectations
Requirements
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, or Executive Assistant supporting ERP implementation programs
  • Hands‑on experience supporting ERP implementations (Finance preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced settings
  • Proven ability to hold team members accountable without formal authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self‑starter who works independently and anticipates needs/issues before escalation
  • Exceptionally detail‑oriented and proactive work style
  • Preferred: Public sector ERP implementation experience
  • Preferred: Workday implementation experience (Finance modules preferred)
