Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in our NYC, Denver or Charlotte offices)

Position Summary

This role supports the implementation team by coordinating client onboarding activities, maintaining project documentation, conducting quality reviews, and assisting with testing and post-launch monitoring. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced remote environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for initial client setup for handoff to project managers
  • Manage and update team tracking documents
  • Q/A member mailings, benefit documents and critical file loads
  • Coordinate ongoing review/updates of team SOP and job aides
  • Support implementation team with critical meeting notes
  • Assist in review of benefit testing outputs and post go-live claims monitoring
  • Serve in a limited client facing capacity, as required
  • Collaborate cross functionally to support general implementation needs, as required

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, stay productive in a remoteenvironment
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate in a team
  • Have a designated workspace (an office, spare bedroom, etc) that is visibly secure from others during work hours (closed door) and is protected from noise that could disrupt conversations
  • Have the following internet connectivity: DSL, cable modem or fiber with a wired connection todevice (wi-fi not allowed). Internet speed of one gigabyte (940bps) is required
