We are looking for someone with strong situational awareness, excellent judgment, and the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become serious incidents. What You’ll Do
Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
Monitor entrances, exits, and guest activity to maintain a safe environment
Check IDs and enforce venue policies accurately and consistently
Identify early warning signs of conflict, intoxication, safety concerns, or policy violations
De-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally
Communicate clearly with management and staff regarding issues or concerns
Document incidents accurately and thoroughly when needed
Maintain a visible, composed, and professional presence throughout the shift
Help create a secure environment without escalating situations unnecessarily
