About The Role
If you enjoy representing clients in immigration court but don't want the demands of managing a full caseload, this opportunity was built for you.
Lisinski Law Firm is seeking experienced immigration attorneys to represent clients at scheduled Individual Calendar Hearings on an appointment-based contract basis. This role allows you to continue practicing meaningful immigration law while maintaining the flexibility to balance other professional commitments.
Assignments are scheduled in advance during standard court business hours, giving you the opportunity to focus on advocacy and courtroom representation while our team handles the preparation, logistics, and ongoing case management.
We'll provide the operational support, malpractice coverage, and attorney preparation you need so you can concentrate on delivering exceptional representation when it matters most.
Your Key Contributions
  • Serve as co-counsel on client matters, representing clients at Individual Calendar Hearings.
  • Appear in person for scheduled immigration court hearings.
  • Advocate professionally on behalf of clients and communicate case developments accurately.
  • Follow attorney preparation materials and firm instructions.
  • Report hearing outcomes using established firm templates.
