HR Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Officer to manage H1B visa processes and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling immigration documentation and a solid understanding of general HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end H1B petition filings, including gathering documents, liaising with attorneys, and ensuring USCIS compliance.
  • Maintain accurate immigration records and track H1B timelines, renewals, and compliance reporting.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Handle employee queries related to benefits, policies, and HR procedures.
  • Assist with HR audits and ensure records are updated and compliant.
  • Coordinate internal HR processes including performance review cycles, employee engagement, and policy updates.
  • Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, including hands-on experience with H1B filings or immigration processes.
  • Knowledge of U.S. labor and immigration laws.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred:
  • Experience working in a staffing or IT services company.
