Job description

USILAW - a leading Global Corporate Immigration law firm headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland is looking for motivated attorneys with between 1 to 3 years of experience in U.S. Corporate Immigration. USILAW believes in the virtue of immigration and our mission is to enable clients utilize immigration as a competitive edge in a constantly evolving global environment.

Individuals to be considered for this position will require experience in non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN) and immigrant (PERM, I-140, I-485) case work, work authorizations, permanent residency applications and immigration case management. Experience with international employment visas will be beneficial. Ability to handle large case load essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure required. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required. Offices are located in Suburban Washington DC in Potomac, Maryland.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on business immigration law
