The successful candidate will have a passion for immigration law and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients from diverse backgrounds. Immigration Attorney Responsibilities & Duties

  • Advising clients on immigration laws and procedures, including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, naturalization, and removal proceedings
  • Representing clients in immigration court and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
  • Preparing and filing immigration applications, including petitions for visas, permanent residency, and citizenship
  • Conducting legal research and drafting complex legal briefs
  • Communicating regularly with clients and updating them on their case status
  • Staying up to date with the latest changes in immigration laws and regulations

Immigration Attorney Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in immigration law practice.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
