About the Role:
VAZQUEZ & POUDAT PLLC is seeking a skilled Business Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Orlando, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping businesses and individuals navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. If you're passionate about immigration advocacy and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file business immigration petitions including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and EB-series cases
  • Advise corporate clients on employment-based visa strategies, compliance, and workforce immigration planning
  • Manage PERM labor certification applications and coordinate with the Department of Labor
  • Represent clients before USCIS, DOL, and other federal agencies
  • Draft legal briefs, RFE responses, appeals, and motions related to immigration matters
  • Maintain and manage a caseload of business immigration matters from intake through resolution
  • Stay current on changes in immigration law, policy, and regulatory updates
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in Florida or eligibility for Florida bar admission
  • 1+ years of experience in business immigration law preferred
  • Proficiency with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
