Work Environment

This role is remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a high level of engagement with clients and team members. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately evaluate their mental health and emotional state, tailoring interventions accordingly.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique goals, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including individual counseling, family therapy, and group workshops, to foster interpersonal skills and promote community support.
  • Monitor and assess clients' progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize effectiveness.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients receive timely and appropriate assistance during critical situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW).
  • Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to build rapport and navigate complex emotional dynamics.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a commitment to client well-being.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
