MISS A is growing fast, and we're hiring a reliable, upbeat Retail Key Holder at CoolSprings Galleria in Franklin, TN. If you love retail, take pride in being trusted with real responsibility, and enjoy leading a team, come help run one of the fastest-growing beauty and lifestyle brands — where every trend is just $1.

This is a part-time role starting at $15/hour with flexible scheduling — a great fit if you're balancing school, another job, or a busy life. We're an easy commute from Franklin, Brentwood, Spring Hill, and south Nashville, and we're looking for someone with at least a year of retail or shift-lead experience who's ready to take on real responsibility.

What You'll Bring

  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (key holder, shift lead, retail supervisor, or equivalent).
  • Availability for a part-time schedule including weekends, holidays, and open/close shifts.
