OurRadiology Technologist reports to the Imaging Manager & Imaging Medical Director and supports Edgerton Hospital by performing the following duties in a multi-modality position:
- Following physician orders to ensure accuracy of image capture
- Positioning patients for diagnostic imaging examinations
- Operating radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic imaging
- Assisting the radiologist in procedures
- Applying principles of radiation protection to minimize exposure to patient, self, and others
- Working with PACS and Epic systems
- Working with a C-arm to assist in surgeries
