Integrity Living Options, Inc. (ILO), is a Minnesota based organization that provides services and supports for individuals with a range of mental health diagnoses. ILO is seeking individuals to work Full-time or Part-time positions in our 24 Hour Emergency Assistance/In-Home Supports Division. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide services to individuals by consistently meeting and assessing the individual's goals and needs (per guidelines set by DHS and the agency).
The role of the Individualized Home Support Staff (IHS) is to provide direct supervision and training for people who live in community settings. Broad categories for support include community participation, health, safety and wellness, household management, and adaptive skills by offering guidance and instruction to the client. Persons served are typically seen multiple times weekly and may require remote support for the purposes of check-ins and consultation.
