Job description

Overview
VTG is seeking Senior Program Managers (ILS) to support the AN/SQQ-89(V) Undersea Warfare (USW) Systems Lifecycle Support program in Hamtpon Roads, VA, and Pearl Harbor, HI. These positions lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) operations across the full lifecycle of AN/SQQ-89 surface ship sonar systems, owning key deliverables and serving as the primary ILS interface with the Government program office.
What will you do?
  • Own and maintain the AN/SQQ-89 integrated product schedule and ECP cost data sheets
  • Lead RCM and FMECA analysis to identify and justify maintenance interval changes across all hull configurations
  • Develop and maintain Maintenance Index Pages (MIPs) and Maintenance Requirement Cards (MRCs)
  • Conduct Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and support depot certification activities
  • Manage provisioning and supply support strategy across all AN/SQQ-89 configurations including PTD preparation via ICAPS-CS
  • Execute FLIS screening, APL/AEL preparation and maintenance, ILO and SNADS waterfront support
  • Coordinate with NAVSUP and TSA for NSN establishment; manage ILS audits and OMMS-NG data
  • Lead PHS&T transportation planning and EC kit material coordination
  • Support Configuration Management including CSA database, ECO package routing, and CDMD-OA accuracy
  • Interface directly with PEO IWS 5.0 program office, PCO/COR, and Government ILS lead at QPRs and ILS Working Groups

Do you have what it takes?
  • Must have and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
  • 15+ years of ILS/logistics experience on Navy surface ship combat systems (Master's degree substitutes for 5 years)
  • Direct experience with ICAPS-CS provisioning database, FLIS, and APL/AEL management
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD-1388 ILS requirements and NAVSEA ILS documentation standards
  • Experience authoring or managing deliverables in a NAVSEA acquisition environment
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or related technical field required
  • Experience with AN/SQQ-89 or comparable surface ship sonar/combat system strongly preferred
  • CASREP response experience and familiarity with fleet waterfront operations preferred

*Position contingent upon contract award*
VTG's estimated starting pay range is $72,000-$150,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
