D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking a full time qualified candidate for a Admin Support/Mail & File Management to support the U.S. Trade and Development Agency in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities::

  • Process/log incoming unclassified mail, packages, faxes, and electronic documents; route per Correspondence Guidelines.
  • Distribute emails from general inboxes; pick up/deliver outgoing mail and commercial shipments.
  • Keep mailroom and copier/workrooms stocked and orderly; report low supplies and equipment issues.
Qualifications:
  • Administrative/operations background with strong accuracy in logging and distribution.
  • Ability to lift/move mail and boxes; strong customer service and teamwork.
  • High School diploma required; higher education preferred.
