Billing and collections are core to our platform - enabling fitness businesses to launch new pricing models, manage recurring memberships, recover payments, and optimize revenue performance.
We are seeking a Director of Product Management, Billing & Collections to lead the strategy and roadmap for ABC Fitness's billing and revenue lifecycle platform. This leader will drive innovation across subscription billing, invoicing, collections automation, payment recovery, and financial integrations, helping shape the future of monetization for the global fitness industry.
What You'll Do

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for ABC Fitness's Billing & Collections products.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy for ABC Billing capabilities, including subscription billing, invoicing, collections, and payment recovery.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers responsible for billing and revenue platform capabilities.
  • Modernize ABC's billing infrastructure to support high-volume recurring transactions, global payments, and scalable commerce APIs.
  • Partner with leading fintech and payment providers including Stripe, Worldpay, GoCardless, JP Morgan, and major card networks to expand ABC's global payment capabilities.
  • Drive innovation in subscription monetization, pricing models, and automated collections workflows.
  • Partner with engineering, finance, risk, legal, and GTM teams to deliver innovative, scalable revenue solutions.
  • Launch new commerce and fintech capabilities, including embedded payments and value-added financial services.
  • Use customer insights, analytics, and market trends to prioritize roadmap investments and optimize revenue outcomes.


What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product teams in SaaS, fintech, or payments.
  • Deep expertise in subscription billing, payment platforms, or revenue lifecycle systems.
  • Strong understanding of billing systems and processes, including pricing, invoicing, collections, tax, accounting, ledgers and financial integrations.
  • Strong technical acumen across APIs, SaaS platforms, and enterprise architectures.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale SaaS platforms and high-impact product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is -

United States range = $165,000-198,500 USD annually; Canada range = $175,000-202,500 CAD- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable. Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
