Registered Nurse (School-Based, 1:1) – Wake County, NC

Location: Wake County, NC
Employment Type: Contract (School-Based)
Pay: $39/hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled 1:1 nursing services for students with complex or high-acuity medical needs requiring RN-level clinical oversight. In this role, you'll deliver direct care, develop care plans, and coordinate clinical care in alignment with physician orders, IEP requirements, and regulatory standards, supporting clinical oversight responsibilities as required by student acuity and applicable Medicaid and licensure requirements.

  • Coordinate care with families, school personnel, and medical providers

  • Provide clinical supervision and observation of LPNs when applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid and licensure supervision requirements.
