Job Description

Are you a jack of all trades, if so, our Engineering Coordinator role will allow you to lead and train engineering and landscape team members in all technical and non-technical areas.  This individual will be comfortable coordinating various projects from start to finish as well as focused on maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

  • Respond to all Guest Requests within a very timely manner
  • Respond to all emergency or life threatening situations
  • Follow established safety procedures
  • Log and communicate all essential information in Engineering logs
  • Responsible for all Engineering Admin duties
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 year experience in a coordinator role
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Technical school desired
  • Must be able to operate all Hotel systems and associated equipment
  • Need to be familiar with associated vendors and able to identify replacement parts, materials, and necessary tools
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions on assembly of mechanical equipment and furniture as well as follow directions on warning labels
  • Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management
  • Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
