Job description

Food & Beverage Concessions & Event Manager

The Vail Recreation District is seeking a Food & Beverage Concessions & Event Manager for the Dobson Ice Arena, Full-Time Year-Round- Fully Benefitted position.

This position will manage the operation of all concessions & events at Dobson Ice Arena. The manager will be responsible for scheduling, daily and monthly financial reports, ordering, inventory, working with HR for hiring and recruiting, running daily concessions & event operations and more.

  • Minimum of two years of event management and banquet experience is preferred.
  • Must work well in a team setting, both working as part of an upper-level management team and directing a full F& B staff at Dobson. Ideal candidate will be confident performing self-directed work, have strong leadership skills, excel in organization and detail-oriented tasks, and demonstrate an extensive knowledge of event operations.
  • Wage range is $63,005-$88,207 - DOE.
