• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing significant mental health conditions, including major depressive disorders and anxiety disorders.
• Establish rapport and build trust with clients to promote open communication and effective treatment.
• Create and implement individualized care plans, ensuring accessibility to essential connected services and resources.
• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, adapted to each client’s circumstances and needs.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, employing evidence-based practices to de-escalate client situations safely.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate a cohesive treatment approach, contributing to collaborative goals while respecting diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly, aiming for effective outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to enhance agency service delivery.
• Document sessions and maintain complete and accurate records as required by the organization’s standards.
• Assume on-call responsibilities during and after program hours as needed, maintaining availability for client emergencies.

This role focuses on serving a diverse clientele, primarily comprising adolescents and young adults who are grappling with various mental health challenges. As you work in an underserved environment, you will engage with clients from various socioeconomic backgrounds, ensuring they receive culturally competent care tailored to their unique experiences and needs.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Colorado.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated skills in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and responsibilities efficiently.
• A commitment to working collaboratively in a team setting, supporting shared objectives.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferred with a focus on youth or marginalized populations.
• Familiarity with behavioral health treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Experience in crisis management and intervention strategies.
