 Paradis Montrose is hiring an Ice Cream Production Team Member to join our amazing team. This role focuses primarily on making our fresh ice cream daily, following Paradis recipes and production procedures. In addition to ice cream production, team members assist with scooping, preparing milkshakes, serving guests after opening, maintaining a clean workspace, and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.

Job Description - Ice Cream Maker/Scooper.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
  •  Ability to lift moderately heavy objects and ingredient containers.
  •  Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.
  •  Willingness to work in both warm kitchen areas and cold freezer environments.
  •  Ability to follow recipes and production procedures carefully.
  •  Receiving and organizing inventory and ingredients.
  •  Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety practices.
  •  Excellent customer service skills are highly valued.
  •  Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience with food preparation or cash handling is a plus.

Primary Job Focus: Ice Cream Production
  • Produce fresh batches of Paradis ice cream daily following company recipes, production procedures, and quality standards.
  • As an Ice Cream Production Team Member at Paradis, your primary responsibility is preparing and producing our ice cream from scratch each day, ensuring consistency, freshness, and product quality.
  • You will also assist with customer service, scooping ice cream, preparing beverages, maintaining inventory, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Job Duties:
