We need an experienced Ice Cream Maker to produce a variety of frozen desserts for our customers. You will be in charge of ensuring that each of our ice cream and sorbet products is made using our secret formula to ensure its flavor and quality, while also following health and safety standards. As an Ice Cream Maker, you should be passionate about food and have a high level of attention to detail. You will be working in a fun, fast-paced environment where you will be interacting with customers. We’re looking for someone with the ability to work individually as well as part of a team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain ice cream recipe book that details ingredients, amounts and storage instructions.
  • Mix various ingredients to make various flavors of ice cream.
  • Ensure batch sizes are prepared according to recipe specifications.
  • Oversee quality of ice cream in different stages of production.
  • Supervise manufacture of ice cream by conducting sensory testing, texture analysis and other quality control tests.
  • Design a production process that makes the ice cream more shelf-stable.
