Cleaning Technician SERVPRO®

Join a hands-on, fast-paced environment where your work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality support our mission: making it “Like it never even happened.” We’re seeking a motivated Cleaning Technician to perform restoration services, maintain equipment, and support project teams from start to finish.

Restoration & Project Support
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project; maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup
• Perform restoration processes as directed
• Pack out and process customer contents (furniture, clothing, documentation, etc.)
• Track customer contents using ICAT systems
• Communicate with supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites orderly
• Maintain an organized warehouse space; clean and maintain warehouse, office, and grounds as assigned
• Develop expertise in restoration services, cleaning products, and equipment
• Other duties as assigned

• Maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, teammates, and customers
• Support a positive customer experience by delivering quality work consistently
