Restoration Technician – Water, Mold, Fire & Smoke

Restoration 1 of Dulles is hiring a Restoration Technician to join our team. Experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right person.

What You'll Do
  •  Water damage mitigation & structural drying 
  •  Mold remediation 
  •  Fire, smoke & odor restoration 
  •  Demolition, cleaning & equipment setup 
  •  Help customers through property damage emergencies 
Who We're Looking For
Local travel is required. Candidates should live within approximately 45-60 minutes of Sterling, VA.
You don't need restoration experience to apply. We can teach the technical skills—we're looking for the right person.
You should be dependable, hardworking, professional, comfortable working with your hands, willing to learn, and able to treat customers and their homes with respect.
Previous restoration experience and IICRC certifications are preferred and will be considered when determining starting pay.
