ABOUT THIS ROLE

SERVPRO Portland is expanding its Contents Division and looking for experienced restoration professionals ready to grow into a leadership role. This position covers the full scope of contents work - pack-outs, contents cleaning, textile restoration, and warehouse operations - with a clear advancement track for the right candidate.

YOUR GROWTH PATH

Contents Technician IICRC Certification Lead Technician Crew Chief
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Pack, inventory, transport, and return customer belongings during pack-outs and move-backs
  • Clean, sanitize, deodorize, and restore contents, textiles, and household goods following fire, water, or mold loss
  • Operate company box trucks safely and professionally
  • Document and track contents using inventory systems such as Encircle or ICAT
  • Support warehouse operations including storage organization and quality control
  • Handle customer belongings with care, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Follow all SERVPRO protocols, safety standards, and PPE requirements
  • Adapt to daily workload demands between field and warehouse assignments
REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Clean driving record required
  • Ability to drive box trucks or willingness to be trained
  • Physical stamina for moving, packing, and cleaning
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability
